Homemade BBQ Sauce


  • 1 cup tomato sauce or ketchup

  • 1/2 cup Activated Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed


  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat.

  2. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium-low.

  3. Simmer, uncovered and stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until thickened.

  4. Season.


Store BBQ sauce in the fridge for up to 7 days.

Freeze flat in ziplock bag for up to 6 months.
