- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon Activated Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add sweetener to taste, if desired.
Notes: If you want to add more protein, feel free to add a scoop of vanilla protein powder! You can also use Greek yogurt in place of regular yogurt for even more protein. You can use plain yogurt if you want to cut down on sugar. If you don’t have ginger, feel free to leave it out.
