• Once we have received the completed form and process it for approval, we will contact you with the details for the return of the used product
• The open/used product needs to be returned to us to obtain a refund within 7 days of our email to you
• The refund does not include any postage or freight charges you may have incurred when purchasing or returning the product. The refund is for the purchase price including any discounts or promotions
