- 1 1/2 cups apple juice
- 1/4 cup Activated Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 tbsp unflavoured gelatin
- In a small saucepan, heat the apple juice and ACV until it begins to bubble.
- Carefully remove from the heat and gradually whisk in the gelatin.
- Pour into your favourite shaped silicone mould and set in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight until set.
